The Operational Procedure is that the Patients become members by paying a Membership Fee on this site for the patients. The patient will come on the website select the doctor and pay Full or Half fee for Consultancy through credit card.
There will be a Page for each patient. Other visitors of the site will not have access to this page. The patient will visit the site to check the doctor’s reply.
The query may be fully answered in a single reply or the patient and the doctor have to come on line for more than one time. After the query has been fully answered by the doctor, the session will be closed.
The doctor will refer the patient to an appropriate doctor if the patient’s quarry does not relate to the doctor for whom the payment was made.
If the patient feels confusion about the selection of specialists, he/she may ask in that regard by our MBBS team. In case patient requests for Discount or half fee waiver, there is an option for that purpose.
For Specialists
There will be no Membership Fee on this site for the specialist doctors. They will send their profiles after verifying the authenticity of their degrees, they will allow them to open their online clinics.
They will create their personal login to access patients asked queries, which are from their patients. If the patient wants a physical visit or telephonic conversation, employees of Shifaonline will inform the concerned specialist. Query may be fully answered in a single session or may be the have to continue more than one.
Future Plans
- With the passage of time more specialists will be add. This will be done with the help of the patients feedbacks.
- In near future, Shifaonline has a plan to register specialists from the whole world. Because if foreign patient want a meeting with specialist, it become easy for him/her.
- Shifaonline will try to cover every possible field of health under its consultancy services.
- Build close and strong relationship with the both ends (doctors and patients).
- After awareness of this project they will soon start telephonic conversation access to patients to their selected specialists.
- To get Doctor’s advice on telephone, the patient will pay and submit the request in the same way as above. The doctor will give the date and time for telephonic consultation. After availing the telephone consultancy, patient’s access to Doctors Page will be ceased.
