Prescription-(?)

            A medical prescription (?) is an order (often in written form) by a qualified health care professional to a pharmacist or other therapist for a treatment to be provided to their patient.

            A prescription is a legal document which not only instructs in the preparation and provision of the medicine or device but indicates the prescriber takes responsibility for the clinical care of the patient and the outcomes that may or may not be achieved.

  • There is a great need to realize the importance of a professionally competent and legally qualified hospital pharmacist
  • Overall it was a very good learning experience from many perspectives

Advice for Future Analysis Projects

  • Get an official authority letter from your department for the concerned project
  • Be sure about your objectives and how you want to achieve them
  • You must have some idea about the place where you want to conduct any study
  • Reach desired destinations at appropriate time to avoid any hassle
  • Try to finish your part of the job well in time
