Addressing a Seminar on Chronic Pain Management at LUMHS Jamshoro, Prof. Dr. Noshad Ahmed Shaikh Vice Chancellor-LUMHS announced to establish Pain Management Unit at Civil Hospital Hyderabad in near future.
The seminar was organized by the Department of Anaesthesiology Intensive Care & Pain Management LUMHS, Jamshoro. Brig. Dr. Muhammad Saleem, Brig. Dr. Asif Gul Kiyani, Col. Dr. Tariq Hayai and Dr. Salman Saleem were the guest Speakers of the seminar.
Addressing the Seminar, Dr. Jan Muhammad Shaikh, Chairman of the Anaesthesiology Department highlighted the importance of management of chronic pain. The speakers emphasized on the importance and necessity of establishing pain unit in every tertiary hospital to improve the quality of the life of patients suffering from agony of chronic pain.
