Heartfile participate International AIDS Society Conference Pre – Meeting held on August 9, 2011 in Rome. It was hosted by Wafaa El-Sadr, Rifat Atun and Jean Paul Moatti. The meeting was chaired and moderated by President Heartfile, Dr. Sania Nishtar. The panelists included Ambassador Eric Goosby (United States Global AIDS Coordinator), Bart Janssen (Medicines Sans Frontiers), Gottfried Hirnschal (WHO) and Chewe Luo (UNICEF).
