Governor Sindh, Dr. Ishrat Ul Ebad and Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah recently inaugurated state-of-art Trauma Centre and Frontier Works Organi-sation (FWO) Model School at a Ceremony held recently at Dumba Goth, Super Highway, Karachi. DG FWO, Maj. Gen. M. Afzal was also present on the occasion. The aim of the establishment is based on FWO’s corporate social obligation to provide good quality education to the youth of the area while charging a meagre amount of fee.
Addressing the Ceremony, Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah said that the school will impart good quality education to the children of rural areas of Karachi.

The establishment of the trauma centre was badly needed at Super Highway as there was no suitable facility to provide medical treatment to those injured in road accidents in the vicinity. Appreciating the efforts of FWO, he said that FWO is playing an important role in the development of province, upgrading of Super High-way to Motorway is the prime example of commit-ment of FWO in this regard.
