It is a matter of great privilege and pleasure for me to extend my deep hearted congratulations on successful completion of eight years of Pharma Health Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd which is the fast growing sister concern of Mass Pharma (Pvt) Ltd and integrated component of Khawaja Group of companies. The company is in scientific collaboration with UK based dermatological company having latest research based molecules of international recognition. The mission is to emerge as amongst top pharmaceutical and dermatological concern in Pakistan within shortest possible time.

For all of us in the pharmaceutical industry, previous year found us no longer anticipating a changing environment, but operating right in the middle of it. On top of that, Pharma Health Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd also has been managing diversified business challenges. So the experiences of the previous year have further reinforced our ongoing, critical goal to build a new Pharma Health Pakistan (Pvt) Limited.
We focus on two compelling concepts that remain at the core of our business model i.e. quality and customer value. We intend to be:
• A leading quality-driven pharmaceutical company, distinguished by its scientific innovation & excellence.

One key to creating momentum is keeping a sharp focus on how the components of our strategy work together. We have made significant progress with building our new models and re-engineering our operations through initiatives such as:

Delivering a sustainable pipeline of quality products has always been – and will remain – the core mission of Pharma Health Pakistan (Pvt) Limited.
We are expanding our commercial infrastructure to build a strong local presence, creating an expanded sales force and distribution network in Pakistan. We intend to be among the top five Pharma companies in each therapeutic market, which would be a considerable step up from our current positions. The therapeutic areas which we are focusing on are Dermatology, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopedics, General Surgery and above all The Family Physicians. Therapeutic areas in near future we would like to enter are Cardiology, Gastroentrology and injectible antibiotics.
The previous years have both tested and proven Pharma Health Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd’s resilience. We all know that this company has been through tough times before – and has rebounded from those tough times in ways that few other companies have. We had
a plan to get this company where we need to go – to gain Pharma Health Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd’s position as an industry leader. Tough challenges and disappointments are no match for our determination and dedication to deliver on the promise of this great company. Pharma Health Pakistan (Pvt) Limited produces premium quality, affordable pharmaceuticals and meets the changing needs of the drug market with a continual inclusion of new products, broadening its product portfolio, optimizing a national supply chain, helping customers more efficiently manage their inventory and customizing distribution based on specific customer needs. This is what it drives the management at Pharma Health to go beyond horizons to serve the ailing humanity. Pharma Health Pakistan (Pvt) Limited has therefore improved its quality standards right from its inception and maintained it till to date. The quality of the products is reflected in the fact that Pharma Health Pakistan (Pvt) Limited has the highest manufacturing standards at its plant.
Located in the beautiful city of Lahore in Punjab, Pharma Health Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd’s manufacturing plant is named as Mass Pharma (Pvt) Limited at Ferozepur Road, Lahore. And this is the state of the art production facility that is producing quality medicines for over a decade now. It is provided with modernized plants and world-leading production equipments and strictly following the cGMP quality system issued by the ministry of health. Mass Pharma factory is specialized in the production of all types of medicine. Currently it is able to produce dry powder injectables, dry powder suspensions, tablets, capsules, creams, ointments etc. Since its establishment in 1997, it has been engaged in pharmaceutical modernization of SOP’s. It currently produces huge number of different products. Mass Pharma, with its mission to enrich the quality of people lives through good health, brings the true quality standards directly to the nation through individuals that you trust. On all the former bases and with innovation of management, execution and marketing model, Mass Pharma ensures a serious quality assurance system according to international cGMP and GLP, standards.
TRAINING SESSION AT LAHORE – 18-21st April 2010
For the skill improvement and development of managers of Pharma Health Pakistan recently a comprehensive training program and workshop was organized at Lahore. It was attended by managers from across the country and remained a focal point of activities for all the participants. It was motivationally participated by all. It incurred upon the minds of all the managers’ one lasting impression that “we have to Moving towards excellence”. This motivation was the theme of the meeting as well and it was adopted as marketing slogan for the year 2010 too. The training workshop was inclusive of lot of activities and sales messages. First day was marked with the warm welcome to the participants from across the country and in the evening a session was staged for the performance review of the year 2009. And so it went on to the last day with lot of improvements which were gauged by the active participation and levels of quick learning.
