The 8th Biennial Conference of Pakistan Society of Nephrology on “Prevention of Kidney Disease” was held at Agha Hasan Abedi Auditrium, Dewan Farooq Medical Centre, SIUT in Karachi from March 4 – 6, 2011.
During the conference Aster Life Sciences extensively participated by organizing a Hospitality suite.
Aster Life Sciences also contributed in this academic conference by inviting a renowned Korean Transplant Surgeon “Dr. In Sung Moon” Professor of Catholic University of Korea. Dr. In Sung Moon delivered lecture on “Renal Transplant in Korea”, around hundred Nephrologists & post graduate students attended this interactive lecture. Dr. In sung Moon discussed advanced method, techniques & his personal experience of renal transplant.
He also emphasize role of Cyclosporin, especially CIPOL-N in post transplant patients. He endorsed the usage of Cipol-N for the prevention of transplant rejection. He uses different pictures & illustrations in his presentation that made his lecture more interactive. At the end of the lecture Question Answer session was held. Pakistan Society of Nephrology highly appreciated the extensive participation of Aster Life Sciences in this conference.
